U7 (August 1, 2019 - July 31, 2020)
U08 (August 1, 2018 - July 31, 2019)
U09 (August 1, 2017 - July 31, 2018)
U10 (August 1, 2016 - July 31, 2017)

Schedule

A six month program: August - October; March - May. 

Game/League Information

Teams will play in a local league and most games will be scheduled for the weekends. At the U10 age group, there may be some state/regional travel depending on level of team.  U7 may play 5v5 in the fall and then either 5v5 and/or 7v7 in the spring.

Training Location/Practice Days

Location: Busey Park or Wagram Church
Practice days/times will be determined by the coach and disseminated to the team at a later date.

Tournaments

There are three events included in the full year program fee for U7/U8, four events included in the full year program for U9 and up to five events included in the full year program for U10.  Any event over the included events will be billed separately.  Ala cart event fees will range from $45 - $100/event and will be billed separately at the time of such event.   Ala cart event fees are only refundable to the extent a refund is received from the event.

Uniforms

For the 2026-2027 season, Sporting Columbus will be in year one of a two year uniform cycle.  All players will need to order a full kit. Uniform orders are placed online. After you pay your deposit, soccer.com will send an instruction e-mail to all players regarding the uniform process. Returning players will maintain their current number; uniform numbers for new players will be randomly assigned. The uniform ordering process will begin around June 15.

Placement and Acceptance

For the east program, players must register for tryouts and after an evaluation, players may be be invited to join.  Each player must then register online and pay their deposit to join the program. All registration is completed electronically.
